The Customer care agent will use this module to investigate the problem while talking with the consumer and provide answers immediately. The previous process from ticket generation and billing information look up to sending an email to the customer is no longer necessary.

This proved to be a win-win situation as the consumer gets the answers quickly, reduces the wait time for them and the company resources are used efficiently as there is no need to forward the simple requests to another department through ticketing system, thus the billing department personnel will not be involved in the process.
